The IHRA Summit SuperSeries is a prestigious bracket racing championship series organized by the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA), considered the top level of grassroots Sportsman drag racing, where racers compete at their local tracks to qualify for the ultimate "Summit SuperSeries World Finals" event with large prize payouts and championship titles across various classes like Top, Mod, Sportsman, Motorcycle, and Junior Dragster; essentially the pinnacle of bracket racing within the IHRA.
Key points about the IHRA Summit SuperSeries:
Wisconsin International Raceway is a participating IHRA Summit SuperSeries track. Our drag racing bracket program is available to IHRA members and non members. Non members are eligible to win WIR class championships. IHRA competition requires an IHRA membership and license. You may visit the IHRA membership center at https://www.ihraracer.com/members/membership-center or chat with a track official at WIR on race day for more information. IHRA member or not, everyone is welcome to participate in the bracket racing program at any point during the season.
WIR's 2025 Bracket Drag Racing Program has 4 scheduled rounds and one rain date (if needed).

~ Saturday, July 26, 2025 - Summer Nationals Jet Show

There are five competition classes.
~ Top Eliminator (Box) - 1/8 mile competition
~ Hot Rod Eliminator (No Box/Mod) - 1/8 mile competition
~ Street Eliminator - 1/4 mile competition
~ Junior Dragster - 1/8 mil competition
~ Motorcycle/Snowmobile* - 1/4 mile competition
*Bikes and sleds can run against cars if they qualify in Top or Hot Rod.
The first round of 2025 IHRA Summit SuperSeries racing is scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2025. Be sure to get your membership and complete license passes by the first date you race to ensure your points count towards winning an IHRA championship.
IHRA Summit SuperSeries championship will go to the track champion in each class. In the event, the WIR IHRA Summit SuperSeries champion has already secured a 2025 championship at another track, the next eligible competitor will be awarded WIR IHRA Summit SuperSeries champion. If the track champion is not an IHRA licensed member the next highest ranking licensed member is the IHRA World Finals qualifier.
Licensed IHRA member champions are eligible to compete in the IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals October 23 - 25, 2025 at Holly Springs Motorsports track in Holly Springs, Mississippi.

Results will be posted on this page as soon as possible following a points event.
1. Each valid entry is worth two points. You receive 1 point per round run. Event winner
gets two points more than runner-up.
2. Points do not interchange between divisions. Points stay with the driver.
3. In 2025, there will be no team drivers or points in all classes.
4. If you have a discrepancy with your points, you have two events to reconcile the
problem.
5. In case of a tie in season ending points, 1st place tie will race off, weather permitting. If
weather does not permit to race off refer to first tiebreaker rule. All other position ties
will be as follows. 1st tiebreaker, the racer running the most amount of rounds in the final event will prevail. If still tied or multiple position tie, best reaction time will prevail, (best to worst) until all ties are broken.
