2025 Drag Strip Events

 Drag  Racing at Wisconsin International Raceway kicks off with two  opportunities for Tech Inspection and Test & Tune.  

Join us  Saturday, April 19 and Saturday, April 26.  

Tech  Inspection is required annually and as you make changes to your ride  through out the season.   

Get a jump on the season with completing your  tech inspection and test those off season changes you made.

This  event is open to all vehicles designed to pass general tech inspection.   Purpose built race cars, dragsters, street cars, motorcycles, junior  dragsters to name a few.

Cost*
$50 per driver and car
$15 Spectator Admission, includes pit pass, ages 12 and younger FREE.
*All tickets may be purchased at the gate the day of the event.  No online sales ahead of time.

11:30 AM - 4:30 PM Concessions - Food, Drink and Alcohol.  NO CARRY INs Allowed.

 IHRA Summit SuperSeries Drag Racing begins Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Wisconsin International Raceway.  The race program features five classes of racing.

Spectator Tickets $15, includes pit pass.  Ages 12 and younger FREE.

Gates & Tech Inspection Open at 9 AM
Qualifying Begins at 10 AM
Racing follows immediately after qualifying.

May 3 includes the Gertrude's Ice Cream Street Car QUICK 8 open to all Street Eliminator entries on this date.  The 8 cars closest to 12.0 dial in without going over qualify.  Competition will be 1/4 mile, Pro Tree.  Winner goes home with $200.

Saturday Test & Tunes with a little bit of racing are being introduced in 2025. 

Saturday, May 10, June 28 and Aug 2 are a few of the Saturdays on the schedule.

These three dates include a 1/4 Mile Sportsman Bracket race open to all vehicles 11.00 and slower. Delay Box not permitted. 

This race is free to enter with your paid Test & Tune entry. Buy Backs available after first round only. $250 to the winner

Open Runs Noon - 5 PM

Bracket Race at 2 PM

Driver $50

New in 2025 Saturday Test & Tunes at Wisconsin International Raceway!

Dorsch Ford Lincoln Kia is kicking off Saturday Test & Tunes on May 10, 2025. This event is open to all vehicles passing a general tech inspection. Spectators welcome.

You can expect a little bit of everything at WIR Test & Tunes.
~ On the track - Open runs for tuning and practicing, Grudge Matches, Call Outs and fun racing.
~ Off the track - Food, drinks, and pit access to check out cars up close and personal.
